As co-founder of OnePRIME, in June 2023, Reza implemented his over 20 years of experience and networking in Insurance loss adjusting to OnePRIME Adjuster Indonesia.
Being graduated from Trisakti University majoring Power Electrical, in 1995, Reza setup his path as Design Consultant, Site and Project Manager in a M/E Japan JV Construction Company dealing with M/E Construction Projects.
Reza started his career in insurance industry as Engineer Loss Adjuster of PT.McLarens Indonesia in 1999. He developed his expertise, business and network which then brought him as Operation and Marketing Manager of McLarens from 2010 to 2023.
Reza is a senior qualified chartered loss adjuster who specializes in large and complex Power Generation losses. In 2010, successful engagement with state own enterprises was made in Energy and Civil Infrastructure Loss Adjusting.
Paundra is a Mechanical Marine Engineer graduated from Institute Technology Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, East Java in 2019 with GPA 3.60.
Paundra has deep knowledge in Marine Engineering – PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia 2015, speciality following the ship and offshore building based on the applied rules and regulation in Indonesia.
Being graduated from the University, he joined PT. Solusi Energy Nusantara, a subsidiary company of PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara in 2018 as Quality Pipeline Engineer. He passed courses as Risk Management, Caesar II, Welding Inspector and NDT Level II Course.
In 2019 to 2023, he became Engineer Loss Adjuster in PT. Sedgwick Adjuster, Indonesia. He deep involved in many Major Complex Property and Engineering Losses up to USD 10,000,000 including state own and private sectors.
He joined IBS, Broking Service as Risk Engineer, before joining PT. OnePRIME Adjuster Indonesia in January 2024.
Paundra Yahya

Gayuh is a Mechanical Engineer deep experience in Mining and Plantation field.
He was graduated from State of Polytechnic of Jakarta in 2020 and received Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Heavy Equipment Specialist).
In 2018 he worked as Quality Inspector of PT. Shiroki Indonesia then had Job Training as Mechanic in Trakindo Utama.
Before joining Oneprime in 2024, he was as Loss Adjuster of PT. Atlas Adjusting Indonesia since 2020.

Zulfy is a Civil Engineer graduated from Institute Sains & TeknologiNasional and experience on Civil Construction.
He used to work as Site Supervisor, Quantity Surveyor Team Leader and Site Manager dealing with number of Civil Construction Projects since 2020.
He decided to contribute his expertise to OnePRIME in July 2023 as Junior Engineer Loss Adjuster.

25 years working in Indonesia Aerospace Company (IAe), an Indonesian State Owned Enterprise more than 16 years working as Principal Consultant in Aviation Consulting Company, an Indonesian Private Company.
Held License as Private Pilot Florida US, CT17 Turbroprop Engine Line GE California US, FAA Flight Test Pilot California US, Flight Test Management California US.
Received the “Kalyana Kretya Teknologi” award as part of the N250 prototype development team in 1995.
Work experience from 1982 to 2011 at Indonesia Aerospace Company (IAe) as Flight Test Engineer, Vice President and President Director. Served as President Director of PT CSE Aviation Consulting Company from 2011-2020.
Until now, he has been working as a Senior Aviation Consultant.
Over 45 years of diverse aviation experience covering Aviation Safety & Training, Aviation Safety Auditor, Corporate Aviation Safety Officer, Ground Instructor, and Document & Data Control.
Extensive practical applications in developing, implementing and managing Aviation Safety & Quality Management Systems in several scheduled and non-scheduled Indonesian Air Transport Companies; Aviation safety training programs in Indonesia National Air Carriers Association (INACA).As a member of Indonesia Aviation Safety Community (IASC), active participation in various safety forums are conducted by DGCA, ICAO, IATA, INACA, KNKT, and AAPA.

Gun Garlyadi is a graduate of Chemical Engineering, ITB Bandung with more than 10 years of experience as Senior Manager Risk Engineer and Valuation in Energy and Oil & Gas.
In 2012-2016, he developed business and surveyors in Toplis Energi and previously became an Underwriter of P&I Club Indonesia – Promindo involved in survey conditions and risk assessment program of SKK Migas.
Has ISO 9001 and 14000 system management qualifications
As a Senior Risk Engineer and Valuer who has worked in many consulting companies, especially in the field of Risk Assessment and Valuation. Alumni of Mechanical Engineeirng Technische-Universiteit Delft (TU-Delft), The Netherlands, is very qualified in the field of risk assessment in the manufacturing and power generation industries.
He is also experienced in environmental engineering and Eco-Green Energy.
